What are your refund and cancellation policies?
Refund eligibility depends on the terms of your reservation:
- Fully Refundable Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional rates or packages may be non-refundable. Please review your booking details carefully.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation will be charged for the first night’s stay.
